Q: When will the order be received on the website?

A: If it is in stock, it will be shipped within seven days. If it is out of stock, order in 2-4weeks in advance.

Since the goods are sold online and in stores simultaneously, we cannot immediately update the stock status of all the goods, and all the goods are displayed as "in stock".

If the customer urgently needs the spot, please ask the customer service (whatsapp/IG DM) to confirm the spot before placing the order before checkout.

After the order is placed, the order will enter the processing procedure immediately. If the shipment notification is not received within seven days after the order is placed, it means that the goods are out of stock. We have placed an order for you immediately. The order will take 2-4 weeks. The goods in stock in an order will be kept, and they will be shipped immediately 😊

Therefore, if no shipping notification is received within seven days after the following order, the default pre-order will be 2-4weeks 🌹

Q: Is there any refund/exchange?

Our place has a shelf life of 3 days: the product remains brand new, if the quality problem can be replaced with a new one, but cannot be exchanged for another size/size/refund

Customers will send photos of the problematic goods to the customer service within three days after receiving the goods (IG DM/ Whatsapp) and bring them to the store for exchange within 10 days, and ignore them if they are overdue 🌹

In other situations, such as size/style or texture that is different from the imagination/personal perception/households with similar styles, etc., returns, exchanges and refunds cannot be made.

Therefore, it is recommended that guests go to the showroom to enjoy the fitting service🌹
